Shipping policy

At Page & Porch, we’re a small business that takes great care in preparing and sending your order. We work hard to find the best shipping services and rates available so that your package arrives safely and affordably.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • During high-demand times (such as holidays or special promotions), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For date night boxes the actual dimensions and weight are used. For all other products, rates are based on order weight.

  • We partner with UPS and/or USPS to keep rates as low as possible while ensuring reliable delivery.

  • Standard shipping times vary depending on your location, usually between 5–7 business days once shipped.

Expedited & International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition, once a package leaves our hands it is in the care of the carrier.
